No form. Forms are how organizations avoid reading. This is a person's address, and a person reads it.

Write about anything on this site — a disagreement is as welcome as an offer. If you're writing about work: tell me what you're building and what's hard about it. That's the whole etiquette.

I reply to everything that was written by a person. Slowly, sometimes — see the pillow book, entry regarding “almost done.”

Median reply time: unmeasured so far. I'll publish the real number once there's enough mail to compute one — a promise is only interesting if it can fail.
